Donna has worked in the primary health care setting for 9 years and after 5 years as a Registered Nurse in General Practice, founded CD Program Development Pty Limited in 2011, and remains the central point of contact for our clients. Donna continues to take a hands-on role and has worked with 16 General Practices across SA, WA, Vic, and NSW.
Donna continues to work with a Registered Training Organisation to develop and deliver nationally accredited training that has participants design and implement chronic disease screening programs for clients within their organisations.
Donna is regularly called upon by various organisations including Medicare Locals and Divisions of General Practice to deliver information sessions to GPs and primary health care providers specifically with regard to improving patient management.
Donna was awarded the Australian Primary Health Care Nurse Associations “Best Practice Award – Chronic Disease Management” for 2014. Donna is a member of the Australian Primary Health Care Nurse Association, Australian College of Nursing, and the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation.

We have a fantastic team of nurses who provide support to our clients. Our nurses are registered with AHPRA , have the required levels of Professional Indemnity Insurance, and are proactive with regard to ongoing continuing professional development .
